In a large pot, boil 5 liters of salted water.
Add the Lasagna to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Once the lasagna is cooked, strain and submerge in a container with cold water until it is time to assemble the lasagna with its filling.
In a baking dish, butter the bottom. Add a layer of Bechamel Sauce. Add a layer of Lasagna, a layer of Bolognese Sauce, a layer of Bechamel Sauce, and a layer of cheese (4 sheets). Repeat the previous step 2 times. Add a layer of Lasagna, and cover with a layer of Bechamel Sauce. Cover entirely with cheese slices.
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at a high temperature and bake the lasagna for 15 minutes. Allow the cheese to gratin and remove it from the oven. Serve immediately.
