  • 2 cups of unsweetened non-dairy milk ( 500 ml), I used  homemade coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • ½ cup of chia seeds ( 85 g )

HOW TO MAKE CHIA PUDDING RECIPE FOR TODDLERS

STEP 1

Put all the liquid ingredients in a bowl (the non-dairy milk, the syrup, and the vanilla extract) and stir until they are well integrated.

Add the chia seeds and stir again to integrate well. It is important to go well so there are no lumps in the chia pudding.
