Chicken French Style Whoever says that eating some chicken breasts is boring is because they don’t know the tasty and unctuous version that our northern neighbors have been cooking for centuries.

We refer, of course, to the French-style chicken. An elaboration is as rich as fast with which we want to expand the recipe book of meat lovers in general and breasts in particular.

And it is that, although it is not the healthiest chicken recipe you have ever tried, it is one of those very fast and successful recipes that are equally useful to get out of the way in your day-to-day than to offer when you have guests.

INGREDIENTS

  •  two chicken breasts

  •  500 grams flour(to coat)
  •  1 cup chicken broth
  •  ½ cup white wine
  •  1 lemon
  •  60 grams butter
  •  500ml oil

  •  2 pinches salt
  •  1 pinch pepper
  •  1 pinch oregano
  •  1 pinch of smoked paprika
  •  1 pinch of garlic powder

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN FRENCH STYLE

1ST STEP

We start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and smoked paprika. Then we go to flour them.

2ND STEP

We find a bowl and beat two-three eggs. Add a little salt, a little pepper, a little oregano, and a little garlic powder and

3RD STEP

4TH STEP

We look for a frying pan, fry the pieces lightly until golden brown, and reserve them.

5TH STEP

We look for a new frying pan and pour butter with flour without stopping stirring until we get a kind of bechamel.

6TH STEP

We return to the pan where we have the chicken and pour the wine and raise the heat to evaporate the alcohol. Later we add the broth and lemon juice, and a cube of butter and cook for 10 minutes.

7TH STEP

Add the chicken breasts and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. When it has reduced, decorate with a few lemon slices and serve.
