You may make it at home and serve it as an appetizer for a potluck with friends, a light supper, or a side dish. A dish to be successful!
- 1/2 kilo of crab sticks
- 1 avocado
- 1 bunch of coriander
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon bell pepper powder
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
PREPARATION OF CRAB AVOCADO SALAD MAYONNAISE
The cilantro should first be finely chopped; the smaller the pieces, the better. A quarter cup will be the perfect amount.
Once the coriander has been chopped, place it in a bowl with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, bell pepper, and salt to taste. Stir everything together until combined.
Add the chopped crab sticks to a salad dish and season with salt and pepper. The avocado should next be split in half, the seed taken out, and the flesh chopped into small squares. Do not discard the skin; we will use it to prepare our recipe.
Along with the crab meat, add the cubes of avocado to the bowl. Next, drizzle the cilantro dressing over the dish.
Once you’ve integrated everything, all that’s left to do is make sure it’s presented properly. You can then bring your crab and avocado salad to the table by using a spoon to fill the avocado rinds. Nobody will be able to oppose you!
