Ingredients and Preparation
- Eight ounces of unsalted butter
- Twelve ounces of bread flour
- One teaspoon of kosher salt
- One teaspoon of baking soda
- Two ounces of granulated sugar
- Eight ounces of light brown sugar
- One large egg
- One large egg yolk
- One ounce of whole milk
- One and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract
- Twelve ounces of semisweet chocolate chips

STEP 1
