  • 1 finely chopped shallot
  • 1/2 cup coarsely crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat, scooped to remove any bits of shell
