- 1/2 pound macaroni
- 1/2 pound crab dough (preferably canned) I used Panamei brand
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 unit onion
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
HOW TO MAKE EASY CRAB MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions.
Add olive oil to a frying pan and sauté the minced garlic and onion halves.
After 3 minutes, add the crabmeat and cook for 5 minutes.
In another pan, also sauté the remaining garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Add the milk cream and stir for 3 minutes. Add the 3 kinds of cheese, reserving half of the Parmesan and mozzarella for later.

Add the crab meat and the cooked macaroni when the cheese is melted. move well
Transfer to a previously greased ovenproof container, place the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and bake for 20 minutes at 325F or 163C or until the cheese gratin.
Serve it with breadcrumbs.
