Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs It’s so easy and you can do it even during busy weeknights. Grilling is super fast and cleanup is a breeze because you’re outside.
I love that I don’t have to heat up the kitchen and cleaning up is so easy.
The trick to grilling chicken is not to overcook it. You don’t want dry chicken.
Just about 20 minutes on the grill and your chicken should be done. So easy!
Lemon pepper seasoning is usually made from lemon zest and black pepper. It’s so easy and you really don’t need to buy it.
Just make it at home like we are doing for this marinade. Easy!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
PREPARATION
We will preheat the oven to 190ºC.

We will grate the skin of the lemons and squeeze the juice from one of them.

We will place the chicken thighs in a plastic bag, adding the lemon zest, the juice of 1 lemon, the ground black pepper, the cumin, the olive oil, and a little salt, mixing them perfectly and leaving it to marinate for about 3 hours.

We will place the chicken thighs, together with the marinade, in a refractory oven tray and bake them for about 40 minutes until they are golden.
