HOW TO MAKE HALLOWEEN CUPCAKES DESIGN
Cut the squash into slices and place them on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Cover the pumpkin with another layer of aluminum foil to close the papillote.
Bake at 180 ° for at least 30 minutes.
When the pumpkin is tender, blend it with a blender until you get a puree texture. Reserve and let cool
Beat the butter together with the sugar and add the honey and the egg while beating.
Once the mixture is whitish, add the pumpkin puree and continue mixing well.
Sift the flour, baking powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, and a pinch of sunshine into another bowl. Incorporate little by little into the mixture until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
Pour the mixture obtained into containers or molds for muffins with the help of a pastry bag.
Bake about 40 minutes at 180°
If you poke the muffins with a knife and it comes out clean, they’re ready! It is time to let it cool and then unmold it.
The terrifying touch will be given by melting the dark chocolate and carefully pouring it over the muffins to draw small spider webs.
