To make this buffalo sauce for chicken wings we will start by melting the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
When the butter is completely melted, we add the hot sauce, which in this case will be Tabasco. We also add the dried garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Perrins sauce.
Mix well and add the sugar.
Four. Cook the buffalo sauce over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If after that time the sauce is very liquid, we can thicken it with a little cornstarch. We will only have to dissolve a teaspoon of cornstarch in a finger of water in a glass and add it to the sauce. After a few minutes of cooking, it will thicken.
