
This Mango Sushi Rolls Recipe is a tasty appetizer packed with veggies and fruits. Layered mango sushi rolls are a favorite morning item on our dining tables. No one can say no to these mango sushi rolls because they are both healthy and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups of rice for sushi
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 8 sheets of Nori Seaweed
- 2 Surimi sticks _
- 1 Cucumber,
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup white sesame seeds
HOW TO MAKE MANGO SUSHI ROLLS RECIPE
STEP 1
Wash the rice under running water until it runs clear. Drain and combine with the water in a pot. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove it from the heat and let it rest in the pot. Pour the rice into a tray and let it cool.

STEP 2
Allow the vinegar, sugar, and salt to cool after they have dissolved. Pour this mixture over the rice, spreading it little by little, and incorporating it with a wooden spoon.

STEP 3
Place the seaweed on the bamboo mat and cover it with a layer of rice.

STEP 4
Flip the seaweed over so the rice is on the mat side. It is filled with surimi, cucumber, mango, and avocado. Roll it up and press it to make it compact.

STEP 5
The bread roll with the toasted sesame seeds. Cover and refrigerate.

STEP 6
Mix all the ingredients and salt and pepper.

STEP 7
Serve the roll cut into eight and accompanied by the sauce.
