  4. ¼ cup of organic potato starch
  5. 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast
  6. A pinch of pure vanilla powder
  7. A pinch of fine Himalayan pink salt
  8. 1/3 cup ripe banana, mashed (1 banana)
  9. 1 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk
  10. 2 tablespoons of organic agave syrup

To decorate

  • creamy coconut yogurt
  • banana slices
  • fruits of the forest
  • walnuts
  • Organic Chopped Cocoa Beans  
  • Organic almond cream

1ST STEP

In a large bowl, mix the flour with the protein powder, the potato starch, the yeast, and a pinch of vanilla and salt.

2ND STEP

In a medium bowl, beat the mashed banana, coconut milk, and agave syrup very well and add this wet mixture to the bowl with the dry mixture.

3RD STEP

Stir well with a whisk until you get a homogeneous mass without lumps, it is not necessary to mix much.

4TH STEP

We preheat our waffle maker following the instructions indicated by the manufacturer and when the plates are very hot, lightly grease them with a little organic virgin coconut oil.

5TH STEP
