  • Evaporated milk – 150 ml
  • Leek –½ unit
  • Garlic clove – 1 unit
  • Mild flavored olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Gouda cheese slices –2 units
  • Salt-a pinch

HOW TO MAKE A RED LOBSTER SEAFOOD BAKE RECIPE

1ST STEP

2ND STEP

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Put the lobsters in a baking dish, and add several teaspoons of the previous mixture (evaporated milk, leek, and garlic clove). Bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.

7TH STEP

Halfway through cooking (or after 10 minutes), add the chopped gouda cheese slices to the pan where we have the leek sauce and evaporated milk, pour all the contents over the lobsters, and finish cooking, for the remaining 10 minutes. When serving, accompany with lemon juice.
