seasoning for salmon patties
There are now empanadas with exotic tastes, so you were mistaken in thinking that there was nothing more that could be done with empanadas.

INGREDIENTS
- Puff pastry for empanadas c/n
- 1 can of salmon
- 2 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 50 grams butter
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION OF MAKING SEASONING FOR SALMON PATTIES
1ST STEP
In a frying pan, melt the butter, saute the finely chopped onion until soft, then add the tomatoes, which have been cut, peeled, and seeded. After cooking for a few minutes, add the salmon, stir well, and cook for 10 minutes at a low temperature.

2ND STEP
Add one egg, stir, and let cool after removing from the heat and seasoning with salt and pepper. Stretching the dough, making 12 cm-diameter discs (or buy the disc for puff pastry empanadas)

3RD STEP
Each disc should have a small amount of filling in the center. Then, brush the bottom half of each disc with a beaten egg, fold the dough into the shape of an empanada, gently press the edges together, and brush the top of each disc with the egg without touching the corners.

4TH STEP
Cook in a hot oven for about 25 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and return them to the oven for a few minutes to polish them.
