Made with the traditional flavors my family loves, they don’t even realize these recipes are good for them too! SLOW COOKER WHITE CHICKEN CHILI HEALTHY

INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken.
- Beans.
- Corn.
- Canned green chilies.
- Onions and garlic.
- Chicken soup.
- Spices: dried oregano, ground cumin, and chili powder.
- Cayenne pepper. Don’t worry, the cream cheese moderates the heat.
- Cream cheese. Or Neufchâtel cheese, which is not very different from the cream cheese. Both are creamy, tangy, dense cheeses that melt into soups and stews like a dream.
- Half and half.
- Cilantro is Optional, of course, especially if you hate cilantro.
PREPARATION OF MAKING SLOW COOKER WHITE CHICKEN CHILI HEALTHY
1ST STEP
First, add the chicken, beans, corn, green chiles (with juice), onion, and garlic to the slow cooker. Then pour in the chicken broth, cumin, oregano, and chili powder. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, if you like things a little spicy.

2ND STEP
That’s basically it. Cover pot and cook LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

3RD STEP
When done cooking, remove the chicken to a bowl and shred it with a few forks. Add it back to the slow cooker.

4TH STEP
Next, add the cream cheese and a half and half. Sprinkle with coriander, if you’re using it. Cook chili on HIGH for 15 minutes until thickened.

5TH STEP
To serve, pour into bowls and top with your choice of great stuff.
