1– In a medium bowl mix oats, yogurt, and milk

2– You can add the fruit right away or just before eating.

3– Cover and refrigerate the oat mixture for 6 to 12 hours. 

4– For on-the-go breakfasts, spoonfuls of the mixture onto small plates or small containers with lids.

5– Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
