HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY PUMPKIN BREAD WITH OATS

STEP 1 Grease a bowl with a bit of butter and sprinkle it with a bit of flour

STEP 2 Clean the orange well and grate the superficial part of the orange and reserve it

STEP 3 . Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, chop it, and put it to cook in a pan with a bit of water.

STEP 4 Put the flour in a bowl, add the nuts, the oat flakes, the sugar, the tablespoon of yeast, a pinch of cinnamon, the crushed cloves, and the orange zest.

STEP 5 Knead by hand until everything is perfectly united.
