How to Make Buns without an Oven and yeast? The key to making the best buns is to use a hot pan and let the dough rise in a warm place. 

When you are ready, mix the dough and then put it into the hot pan. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil so that steam can escape.

Let it cook for about 30 minutes until it has puffed up and turned golden brown on top.  

Then flip over and cook for another 5-10 minutes, until cooked through.

1.First, take the ingredients to knead the dough for the bun.

2.Rest it for 1 hour to take its texture(puffiness)

3.Add half kg salt or small stones(bajri) in the cooking pan and heat it for 10 minutes with lid close.

4.Make buns and place them in a pan greased with oil and flour. 

5.Place it in preheat the cooking pan for 40 to 50 minutes.

6.Check softness with a knife and enjoy.
