PUMPKIN LASAGNA WITH BÉCHAMEL SAUCE

It’s made of layers of pasta, cheese, meat, or vegetables and it’s served in many different ways. Lasagna is also a type of dish.

STEPS OF MAKING PUMPKIN LASAGNA WITH BÉCHAMEL SAUCE

1ST STEP Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 F and place a rack in the upper third of the oven.

2ND STEP Add pumpkin Lightly drizzle with oil then toss with sage. Season to taste with salt and pepper

3RD STEP Grill, stirring occasionally, until squash is golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes.

4TH  STEP et cool for 5 minutes, then mash with the back of a fork or potato masher.

4TH STEP combine the egg, mozzarella, and ricotta. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
