HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE CHEESE SOUFFLE RECIPE

1.Grate the zucchini, green pepper, onion, and carrot.

2– For ten minutes, fry the grated vegetables in a pan.

3.– Wash potatoes first and then cook them in salted water

4– Mash the potatoes with a fork or pass them through a potato masher.

5– Separate the whites from the yolks of 3 large eggs and add the yolks to the mashed potatoe

6.– Stir the mashed potatoes while adding the cooking cream and sautéed veggies.

7.– Add 100 g of grated parmesan, and 1 pinch of ground black pepper and add again.

8.– Beat the egg whites We put them in a container with 1 pinch of salt and beat them and add them.

9.Grease souffle cups with butter

10.– After cleaning the edges, add the soufflé mixture to the molds.
